24- hour breakdown service

In the event of a fault in the Electris network, call 32 73 91. The Electris technicians are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, whatever the weather!

Our experienced team will take care of rectifying the fault as quickly as possible!

If you are not connected to the Electris network, please contact your local network operator. For a detailed overview of the electricity network managed by Electris, please refer to our network map.

In the event of a fault, the local grid operator who supplies your connection is always responsible for rectifying it. He is legally obliged to treat all customers equally, regardless of the electricity supplier with whom the customer has a contract. Compliance with this obligation is monitored by the Luxembourg regulatory institute ILR.

Before you call, we advise you to make sure:

  • that it really is a fault in the grid by checking whether your neighbours also have no electricity.
  • that the fault is not related to your electrical installations, for example, a fuse or RCD has tripped.

If it is a malfunction of your electrical installations, please contact your electrician.
