For this purpose, you can register directly when concluding a new supply contract. You are already an existing customer with an active contract and currently still receive your bill “classically” by post? Then simply and quickly apply for access to our digital customer portal MyElectris using our form: https://myelectris.electris.lu/sign-up.
But saving resources by eliminating paper billing and mailing is not enough for us! That’s why we are planting a tree in a forest in the community of Mersch for every contract converted to digital billing.
