Important information about our activities as an electricity and natural gas supplier
From January 1, 2025, the electricity and gas supply activities as well as the remuneration contracts in connection with electricity production will be taken over by the supplier Enovos.
Would you like to access your invoices for 2024 or earlier?
Your MyElectris customer portal will remain accessible in a first phase until 31.03.2025, including all invoices for 2024.
You can find the link to the MyElectris customer portal here: https://myelectris.electris.lu/sign-in
Your consumption, contracts and invoices relating to the calendar year 2025 will be available via the customer portal and the MyEnovos mobile application.
Enovos will send you a separate message with your access data for this portal.

Invoices and documents up to and including Dec. 2024
Your MyElectris customer portal will remain accessible in an initial phase until 31.03.2025. Here you can view invoices and receipts for all periods of your supply contract up to and including December 2024.
