With this communication we would like to inform you about a change in the
ownership of the electricity grid in the municipality of Mersch (Mersch,
Beringen and Rollingen).
As you have probably already heard, the company shares of Hoffmann Frères Energie & Bois s.à r.l., which operates the Electris brand, were acquired by the ENCEVO Group in June of this year. The ENCEVO Group, which includes the national grid operator CREOS Luxembourg S.A. (CREOS), has decided to integrate Electris’ electricity grid operations into the CREOS network. This integration will come into force on January 1, 2024.
Nothing will change for you as an Electris customer!
Important for you: The company location in Mersch, the Electris brand and therefore
products and the electricity supply contract concluded with you will remain unchanged.
There will be no impact on the operational sales business and the supply of electricity and natural gas from Electris. Nor will your electricity supply be interrupted or disrupted at any time.
