diego Luxembourg S.A., hereinafter referred to as diego, has experienced remarkable growth since its launch as a commercial company in early 2022. Initially, Diego began in 2018 as a franchise network, in partnership with the Federation of Artisans and its members, to address the energy transition needs in Luxembourg. Today, diego is taking a new step and, starting from January 1, 2025, will adopt the name electris Luxembourg S.A., hereinafter referred to as electris.
The Return of the Name “Electris”: Electrification as a Lever for the Energy Transition
The name “Electris” is well-known, referring to the former brand of Hoffmann Frères Energie & Bois s.à r.l. (HFEB) in Mersch. Starting in 2025, as previously announced, Electris’ energy supply activity will be integrated into Enovos, while its electromobility and photovoltaic installation services will merge with those of diego under the newly renamed entity, electris.
The Evolution of diego to electris: A Growth Strategy Beyond the Name Change
This change represents much more than just a rebranding: it embodies an ambitious strategy to strengthen electris’ commitment to intelligent and sustainable energy management. Since its inception, diego has continually innovated by developing energy transition services, now consolidated under the electris brand:
- Mobility (2022): A complete ecosystem for electromobility, with a network of charging stations, tokens for users, and a dedicated management platform for businesses and individuals.
- Sunity (2023): A photovoltaic solution allowing customers to produce their own green energy, thus supporting the local and decentralized production of energy.
- Intensity (2024): A range of heat pumps for more sustainable heating solutions, reducing both energy costs and CO₂ emissions.
These initiatives demonstrate electris’ commitment to reducing its ecological footprint and optimizing energy consumption. With Community, launched at the end of 2024, electris offers an energy-sharing and optimization solution based on a subscription model. This new service allows customers to access cutting-edge technologies without upfront costs, making it easier to manage and share renewable energy within communities.

Strengthening the Team and Integrating Expertise
To support this transformation, electris integrates the expertise of the former Electris brand from HFEB, adding ten new employees. By January 2025, electris will employ nearly 45 people, expanding its skills in technical engineering, digitalization, energy installation, and management. By bringing together the best of diego and the former Electris, electris Luxembourg S.A. positions itself as a key partner for energy transition projects.

A New Logo: A Symbol of the Union Between diego and Electris
To mark this transformation, electris adopts a new logo, retaining the historic name “Electris” while incorporating diego’s distinctive colors. This visual represents the complementarity of both identities, blending diego’s values and the heritage of the former Electris for a sustainable and innovative energy future.
With this merger, electris becomes the Teseos brand that supports customers in their energy transition. This new entity will combine diego’s innovation and the proven expertise of the former Electris, offering technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
